No fake reviews, no impersonation, no harassment. Reviews must reflect your own genuine experience.
5. Review content disclaimer
Staycheck is not responsible for the content of reviews. Views expressed in reviews belong solely to the individual who wrote them, and do not represent the views of Staycheck.
6. Review moderation
We reserve the right to reject, edit, merge, or remove submissions that violate these terms or our community standards.
7. Host obligations
Hosts must ensure the accuracy of listed business information, contact details, and property claims.
8. Prohibited content
No defamatory claims presented as fact without evidence. No hate speech. No personal data of third parties in photos or text.
9. Intellectual property
The Staycheck name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. Reviews you write remain yours, but you grant us a licence to display them on the platform.
10. Limitation of liability
Staycheck is a review platform. We are not a party to any booking, transaction, or dispute between hosts and guests.
11. Dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the Laws of Kenya. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Nairobi.
12. Termination of accounts
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes.
